Join me live on Spreecast this Wednesday 6/27

It has been a while, but I’m going to attempt another live internet video chat show on Spreecast.

If you want to watch or participate, go to http://www.spreecast.com/events/talking-ed-episode-3 this Wednesday June 27th at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

I’ll be talking about some of the latest developments in education reform news, including the new TFA institutes.  If you are a new TFAer, you may be scared to get kicked out of TFA for participating on the show, but there are other ways to participate that don’t involve going on camera.  For example, you can type questions for me.  Also, you can just cover your camera and just have your voice on.  Really, I don’t think they can kick you out for talking to me publicly, but I can understand why you might not want to.

The first episode was back in September, which you can watch in 2 parts.

part 1

part 2

The second episode was a few months later

second episode

Just for fun, I once interviewed my daughter who was 3 at the time.  There was a lot of echo, unfortunately since we were sitting next to each other.

Me interviewing my daughter about education

Anyway, it is always an adventure.  Hopefully there won’t be any technical difficulties like there were the other times.  It has been 6 months.

Well, I hope people participate.  If not, you’ll get a big monologue.

So bummed! I’ll be at a concert on Wednesday. I have lots to say this time around, too.

Rats. You’re generally the only one who wants to talk. If the show is a complete bust without you, I’ll do another one within two weeks.

I wish I could participate! 10 PM EST is 11 AM, the middle of the work day over here in Japan, unfortunately.
